Job summary
Job Description We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) with 8–10 years of experience in the Pega Platform and enterprise application production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Pega applications. This role requires strong expertise in production support, troubleshooting, incident management, deployments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a secure enterprise environment. Key Requirements 8–10 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in the Pega Platform. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory. Strong experience in Application Operations Support or Production Support environments. Good understanding of Pega architecture, case management, integrations, and business process implementation. Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes. Proven experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis (RCA). Knowledge of deployment and release management processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for enterprise Pega applications and ensure high availability. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and permanent solutions. Support application deployments, releases, and environment management activities. Manage incidents, problems, and change requests in accordance with ITIL best practices. Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to ensure application stability. Support Pega case management, integrations, and business process implementations. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and operational guidelines.
