Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts. Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records, contributing to financial efficiency. Handle export and transport paperwork, as well as bills of lading, ensuring smooth logistical processes. Contribute to the inventory process, maintaining an organized and efficient system. Assist the management team with general administrative tasks, including running reports, copying, filing, and faxing. Maintain and order office supplies to keep the workplace well-equipped. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Plant Manager, showcasing versatility and commitment.
