Overview Shift Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 12 - hour shifts (7pm - 7am) We are currently looking for a GES Warehouse Team Supervisor in Lethbridge, AB. Lead a team of warehouse technicians and pre-sell drivers in achieving performance targets, including production scheduling, shipping, warehouse operations, maintenance, people management, and implementation of change initiatives. Manage health and safety programs, compliance requirements, quality assurance standards, and the training and development of assigned employees. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and support business objectives. Facilitate the application of company policies, programs, and employee manuals. Coordinate and monitor daily workload activities, including: Overall shift safety, quality, performance, and customer/employee experience. Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with PepsiCo policies and procedures. Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals. Maintaining inventory accuracy by units and locations. Evaluating workloads and resource requirements and communicating change needs for workflow and staffing adjustments. Managing performance-related matters, including discipline, investigations, attendance management, and safety incidents/near misses Qualifications Post-secondary education is considered an asset (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, Quality, or a related field). Understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, quality, or distribution operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated commitment to employee development and building high-performing teams. Previous leadership experience with a proven ability to deliver results through others Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and systems skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
