Pepsi Equipment Supervisor

Overview The Pepsi Equipment Supervisor (PES) contributes to the success of PepsiCo Canada by leading the marketing equipment (coolers, vendors, and fountain) placement and maintenance of equipment for a territory. This person is responsible for the supervision of front-line employees; they must lead coach and support their team to achieve both productivity and customer service objectives. Ensure the PepsiCo equipment assets (coolers, vendors, and fountain) are maintained in a clean and organized manner Coach PepsiCo technicians to drive growth in their capabilities and towards further professional goals Route ride with Pepsi equipment service technicians to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills Minimize equipment downtime Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PBC policies Ensure the Pepsi Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-3 years of Operations experience required Supervisory experience, preferred Experience in a related industry, including consumer packaged goods, or vending, is a strong asset Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Ability to accommodate frequent travel requirements Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite Careers To Smile About: At PepsiCo, you’ll discover a place where our mission is to create smiles around the world. Lead the placement and maintenance of marketing equipment while supervising and coaching front-line technicians. Drive service excellence by improving KPIs, productivity, and managing the annual operating plan budget.

Requires 2-3 years of operations experience and strong leadership skills, with supervisory experience preferred. A bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are desired.
