Job summary
Perfect Link Tires & Auto is a growing automotive shop in Calgary. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Automotive Sales & Office Assistant to join our team. You don't need to be an automotive expert. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, has good sales skills, is organized, and learns quickly. Automotive experience is an asset but not required. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Greet customers and understand what they need. Prepare quotations and estimates for customers. Recommend suitable products and services and help close sales. Follow up with customers regarding quotations and appointments. Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the shop team. Enter and update customer information in our system. Process invoices and basic sales transactions. Keep customer records and work orders organized. Help keep the front office and showroom clean and organized. Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service. Learn about our tires, batteries, and automotive services. Requirements: Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and in person. Confident and motivated to make sales. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Fast learner with a positive attitude. Reliable and professional. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. Sales or customer service experience is an asset. Compensation & Benefits: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience. Commission opportunities based on performance. Full-time, permanent position. Training provided. Opportunity to grow with a growing automotive business. Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Saturday – Rotational Schedule Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
