Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services. Provides service recommendation to customers including estimating costs. Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards. Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards. Other service related duties as required. What you need to succeed: Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. Strong computer skills are required. Automotive knowledge is an asset. ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset. What’s in it for you? Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual compensation): $50,000 - $70,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
