We’re ambitious and looking to win. THE OPPORTUNITY As an Operations Intern at Peripheral, you’ll work closely with our founders and Chief of Staff across a wide range of operational projects. You’ll be given real ownership and exposure to many parts of the business, helping us move quickly and execute on some of our most important priorities. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to work across functions. You’ll support projects across: * Operations, finance, and administrative functions * Marketing, creative, and communications * Office management and people operations * Sports operations, events, and logistics * Supply chain and vendor management * Special projects led by the founders and Chief of Staff WHO YOU ARE * Bias-to-action operator and team player who moves quickly, takes ownership, and thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. * Strong project management skills with experience taking projects from start to finish * Curious, critical thinker who enjoys learning, solving problems, and figuring things out independently * Exceptional executor who can manage multiple priorities while staying organized * Clear communicator who builds strong relationships and enjoys culture building * Comfortable operating with ambiguity and identifying opportunities to build structure where it doesn’t exist * Demonstrated leadership through university, work, extracurriculars, or community involvement * Comfortable building systems and processes that improve efficiency, including automating workflows with AI tools * Passionate about people, sports, and technology * Cares deeply about the quality of their work and has exceptional attention to detail REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree * Previous experience managing projects end-to-end * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally through university organizations, extracurriculars, or professional experience * Marketing, creative, or communications experience is a strong plus * Must have the right to work in Canada and be willing to relocate to Toronto and work in-person at our office WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE * Annual salary of $60K-$70K CAD plus performance bonuses, commensurate with experience. * Unparalleled access to premier global sporting events and iconic venues. * Full ownership of high-impact projects shaping the future of spatial intelligence and 3D media. * Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO).
