Job summary

Job details
Location: Toronto, ON | Full-time, On-site (Monday to Friday) Our client is a physician-led dermatology practice in Toronto that brings medical dermatology, cosmetic services and clinical research together under one roof. The clinic is busy and growing, with more physicians and services joining over the coming year, and the founders want a seasoned operator to put real structure in place before that growth lands. You'll own how the clinic runs. That starts with writing the policies and procedures it doesn't have yet, from refunds and room turnover to sterilization tracking, referrals and pathology, then making them stick. Day to day you'll design patient flow across medical, cosmetic and research lines, run receiving and daily inventory and sales reconciliation, tighten collections on private services, and hand the bookkeeper clean numbers. You'll report to the physician founders and act as their eyes, ears and voice with the team: hiring, coaching, setting standards and holding them. This suits a clinic or practice manager who has built SOPs before, checks the details twice, and leads with clarity rather than friendship.
