We help med spa clinics grow, and we've built a warm outbound machine. This is not cold calling. Every lead you dial has already raised their hand by engaging with our emails, and most come with a full intel brief and the owner's name ready to go. The hours This is a flexible role, roughly 20 to 25 hours per week. The catch: our leads answer during business hours, so you need real daytime availability. This is not a side gig you can squeeze around a full-time nine to five. If your days are already committed to another job, this won't be the right fit. The pay 50 dollars per appointment that books AND shows up 10 percent commission on every set that closes (high-ticket four-figure programs, so closes pay real money) No base. Pure upside. The Appointment Setter will call leads who have already expressed interest in med spa services. They will book appointments and ensure that leads show up for their scheduled times.

Candidates must have open daytime availability and be confident on the phone. Experience in setting or phone sales is a plus, but not required.
