They will also assist the Project Manager in developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline and possess at least 5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in mining or heavy industry. Proficiency in project management software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings are essential.
