Job Location BELLEVILLE PLANT-P&G CANADA Job Description Our Belleville manufacturing site seeks highly motivated, reliable, and flexible individuals with a commitment to safety and total quality to be a part of our Logistic Team. Shunt Drivers will be responsible for moving trailers safely and efficiently to and from the drop lot and into dock doors as required. Members of the shunting team will receive their daily task direction from the Drop Lot Coordinator, reporting into the team led by the on-shift Material Dock Coordinator. Shunt Drivers are paid a competitive wage with a starting salary of $26.19 per hour and $3.20 shift premium Shift for 24/7 day/12 hour, days, and nights; rapid rotation; receiving an average of 42 hours/week. This position includes Retirement Investment Plan, a comprehensive Benefits package, and a voluntary stock program with a company match. This is a pay and progression position. Job Qualifications We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you are: 18 years of age or older Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. Wear required safety personal protective equipment including eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, Respirator. Able and willing to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Punctual and consistent attendance Preferred previous manufacturing or warehouse experience. Have a valid Ontario AZ Driver’s License Ensure you include your detailed education and work experience in your resume. Employment opportunities will be conditional upon the results of a background check and a medical screening. It is the driver’s reasonability to maintain their AZ license according to the MTO guidelines and provide a copy of a Valid medical screening report to the site medical department. P&G will continue to reimburse Shunt Drivers for their AZ license medical exam fees. Requirements
