We are a Pharmacy located in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta attached to the local medical clinical. Located in the Rocky Mountains having access to numerous hiking/biking trails and Ski resorts. Duties and Responsibilities FT/PT hours Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections Dispensing activities Medication management including patient assessment and other professional services Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records. Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
