Job Description Are you an experienced pharmacist ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join a well-established community pharmacy located in a confidential location west of Kitchener, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a stable management position in a community-focused pharmacy with a manageable prescription volume and strong support from a pharmacy assistant. As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Managing daily pharmacy operations and workflow Dispensing prescriptions accurately and safely Providing medication counselling and clinical support to patients Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff Working closely with the pharmacy assistant to maintain an efficient workflow Managing inventory and medication ordering Ensuring compliance with Ontario pharmacy regulations and professional standards Building strong relationships with patients and the local community Administering influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations Supporting the continued growth and success of the pharmacy Requirements Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario Previous community pharmacy experience Pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset Injection certification with the ability to administer Flu and COVID-19 vaccines Strong knowledge of Ontario pharmacy standards and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Patient-focused approach Ability to work independently while leading a pharmacy team Benefits CAD $114,400–$124,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Competitive CAD $55–$60/hour compensation range Full-time Pharmacy Manager position Approximately 80–90 prescriptions per day Pharmacy assistant support available No methadone dispensing Opportunity to provide vaccination services Potential equity/ownership opportunity for the right candidate A professional and community-oriented pharmacy environment Schedule The pharmacy operates on the following schedule: Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Sunday: Closed

Requirements
