Job summary

Pharmasave Tawa is currently seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at our full-service pharmacy. Locally owned and operated for 14 years, we have a wonderful clientele and serve a wide range of needs in Edmonton’s south side. If interested in more than part-time, we can arrange for a fuller schedule for you based on your availability. Our mission at Pharmasave is to offer exceptional patient centered care in an inclusive and professional pharmacy. Our priority is the health and wellness of our patients and are committed to the full scope of the clinical practice of pharmacy. Hours of operation are 9:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am-2:00pm Sunday. Specific Responsibilities And Accountabilities Providing comprehensive patient care and exceptional service to customers Ensuring accurate and appropriate dispensing of medications Completing appropriate documentation for all patient care activities Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy Communicate with other health care professionals within the circle of care to provide customer care Performing clinical services such as vaccine administration and medication reviews Other duties as required Registered pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy Injection certification CPR/First Aid Training Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) is preferred Profit sharing Store discount Parking pass With over 900+ stores across the country, Pharmasave is one of Canada’s leading independent pharmacy and drugstore retailers. Requirements

Candidates must be a registered pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy and hold injection certification and CPR/First Aid training. Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) is preferred.
