The logistics team at PheedLoop focuses on on-site hardware, staffing, technology, and supplies management. Your Impact & Responsibility Here at PheedLoop, we're rapidly expanding our on-site service capabilities. You will be at the center of ensuring all logistics and operations related to hardware, consumables, staffing and overall coordination are being effectively managed. You will be tasked with the following main logistics responsibilities: End-to-end outbound and return shipping management of on-site event kits Testing and qualification of hardware before shipping and after receiving Inventory management and tracking Customer support with basic troubleshooting and set up issues On-site travel across Canada and the United States to events for support Periodic work after-hours on weekends are required; ample notice is provided in advance Developing expertise with PheedLoop's event management software suite Qualifications 1+ year of logistics, inventory, or warehouse management or relevant coursework/projects preferred A university/college/post-secondary education is required, with a relevant program (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) preferred. What you’ll do

Manage end-to-end outbound and return shipping for event kits, including hardware testing and inventory tracking. Provide customer support for technical troubleshooting and travel on-site to events across Canada and the United States.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management and a post-secondary degree. Candidates must possess strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work occasional weekends.
