About the Role As our Office Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our Toronto office. You'll be responsible for keeping the workplace organized, assisting employees and visitors, coordinating office activities, and helping ensure everything runs efficiently. You'll work closely with team members across the company and have the opportunity to contribute to both office operations and employee experience initiatives. What You'll Do Welcome visitors, candidates, customers, and employees. Manage front desk responsibilities, incoming calls, and general office communications. Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, vendors, and workplace resources. Keep the office clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with employee onboarding and general administrative tasks. Organize team lunches, company events, and employee engagement activities. Help coordinate travel, purchasing, and scheduling when needed. Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative processes. Support leadership with day-to-day administrative needs. Look for opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, hospitality, operations, or a similar role. (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping others. Nice to Have Experience supporting office operations. Experience planning events or coordinating projects. Strong Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills. Experience working in a small business or startup environment.
