The Ole Miss chapter of Phi Kappa Psi, and largest chapter nationwide with over 300 members, was founded in 1857. Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity is a Non-Profit, values based men's social organization. Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity was established in 1852 by two men, William Henry Lettermen and Charles Page Thomas Moore who had come to the aid of ill friends. They made the decision to establish a fraternity that would be there for those in need. Since its founding, Phi Kappa Psi has initiated over 100,000 men across the country. Currently, Phi Kappa Psi has over 100 chapters and colonies in 34 states and the District Of Columbia with over 5,000 undergraduate members and 70,000 living alumni. Phi Kappa Psi National Headquarters are located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
