Maintain and control project documentation throughout all construction phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Manage document workflows, including transmittals, revision logs, and the preparation of final turnover packages for client handover.

Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality codes, standards, and site requirements for industrial projects. This includes recording and reporting deviations and maintaining positive relationships with various project groups.

Superintendent

Oversee and manage industrial construction projects to ensure they meet organizational strategies and expectations. Lead project teams, manage day-to-day field operations, and act as a liaison between clients and company ownership.

Materials Coordinator

The Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing material orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure project compliance and efficiency. Key duties include creating Master Bills of Materials, tracking equipment maintenance, and coordinating with planners and quality control.
