Job details
Who we are Phorest started in 2002 on a busy salon reception desk as a simple text-reminder tool. Today, we're a SaaS company and a trusted partner to over 155,000 hair, beauty and medspa professionals worldwide. Our all-in-one software and AI-driven tools help them manage bookings, take payments, market their services, grow their client base and get the best from their teams. Everything we build helps the salon and medspa industry thrive. We're also a Certified B Corp, and 25% of the company is owned by Phoresters. When the company grows, everyone has a stake in that The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Inbound Account Executive to join our growing North American Sales team at Phorest. At Phorest, we help salon, spa and beauty business owners do what they love while giving them the tools to run and grow successful businesses. As an Inbound Account Executive, you'll play a key role in that journey. You'll work with business owners who have already expressed an interest in Phorest, understanding their challenges, demonstrating how our software can make a difference and helping them make the right decision for their business. You'll own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and product demonstrations through to negotiation and closing. You'll be managing a steady flow of inbound opportunities, so the ability to move quickly, prioritise effectively and convert interest into new business while delivering a great customer experience will be key. Our core focus is the salon and spa industry, but as we continue to grow in the MedSpa market, experience in medical aesthetics or the wider beauty and wellness space would be a real bonus. If you love sales, enjoy building relationships with business owners and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle: Manage inbound opportunities from qualification and discovery through to product demonstrations, negotiation and closing. Convert inbound interest into new business: Respond quickly to prospective customers, qualify opportunities and keep momentum throughout the sales process. Lead great discovery conversations: Get to know salon and spa owners, understand their business challenges and goals, and identify where Phorest can add real value. Bring Phorest to life: Deliver engaging, tailored software demonstrations that show customers how our platform can help them save time, grow revenue and improve their client experience. Sell on value: Clearly communicate the benefits of Phorest's software, including appointment management, integrated payments, marketing automation and client retention tools. Manage a busy pipeline: Balance multiple opportunities, prioritise effectively and follow up consistently to maximise conversion without compromising the customer experience. Own your numbers: Take accountability for your performance, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, and consistently work towards achieving your sales targets. Build strong relationships: Establish trust with business owners and decision-makers, helping them feel confident in choosing Phorest. Work as one team: Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Onboarding and Customer Success to deliver a great experience from first conversation through to becoming a customer. Embrace technology: Use sales tools, data and AI to work smarter, improve productivity and make the most of every opportunity. Keep learning: Stay curious about our products, competitors and the wider beauty and wellness industry, always looking for ways to improve. Who You Are Ideally 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology or a similar environment. We're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong sales performance and potential. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, converting opportunities and closing new business. Experience managing a high volume of sales opportunities, with the ability to balance speed, quality and conversion. A consultative approach to selling. You ask good questions, listen carefully and focus on finding the right solution rather than simply delivering a pitch. Confidence leading discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, handling objections and negotiating deals. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand what matters to a business owner. Excellent organisation and time management skills, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management and follow-up. Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunities and track performance. An interest in technology and AI, with a willingness to explore new tools and ways of working. A self-motivated, proactive approach. You're comfortable taking ownership of your results and working towards ambitious goals. A growth mindset. You're open to feedback, keen to develop and always looking to sharpen your sales skills. A genuine interest in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
