PhysioMount is a well-established clinic in Scarborough and North York. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist Part- time for our multidisciplinary clinic. *Responsibilities:* Greeting clients on arrival Answering & triaging phone calls Booking and rescheduling appointments Completing initial intake forms Maintaining and organizing the waiting area Faxing, Emailing, Copying, and Typing Typing speed 40 to 50 words per minute (WPM) Billing for uninsured services (Preferred) Processing of extended health insurance (TELUS, MVA, WSIB) (Preferred) Computer proficiency including Microsoft office and email required Assisting therapists with managing patients, including preparing and cleaning of exam/treatment rooms Excellent communication skills both oral and written English Experience: Clinic Receptionist: 1 year ( Minimum) *Location* : 3910 Bathurst Steet, North York, ON, M3H 5Z3 *Pay:* CA$19.00 per hour Schedule: *Three days in a week * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Experience: * Medical Reception: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
