PicksHub is an early-stage Canadian sports media startup covering the games, picks and stories fans care about, through pickshub.ca and our iOS app. We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to build and own our product across every surface. What you'll do - Build and ship features across our iOS app, website and backend - Own architecture decisions as one of our first engineers - Work directly with the founder on product direction - Keep our apps fast, reliable and ready for game-day traffic What we're looking for - Hands-on experience shipping iOS (Swift), web and backend code - Comfort owning work end to end in a small team - Interest in sports is a plus The details - CA$80,000 per year - Fully remote

What you’ll do

Build and ship features across the iOS app, website, and backend, while owning architecture decisions as an early engineer. Work directly with the founder on product direction and keep the apps fast, reliable, and ready for game-day traffic.

Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience shipping iOS code in Swift, as well as web and backend code. They should be comfortable owning work end to end in a small team; an interest in sports is a plus.
