Your mission GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the market’s e-commerce acceleration and growth across assigned eRetailers (ePharmacies, pure players, marketplaces and omnichannel retailers). Define and execute the market eCommerce strategy in alignment with market priorities and global eCommerce strategy. Be accountable for the eCommerce P&L and e-comm market share performance for the market including: Business growth Digital shelf excellence Superior online visibility for our brands Main Responsibilities 1. Account Ownership & P&L Own the relationship and commercial performance (P&L) of assigned e-retailers. Build and negotiate eJBPs (joint business plans) with top e-retailers, ensuring: Clear growth objectives Margin and profitability targets Investment and activation plans Ensure pricing consistency, ROI, and competitiveness across partners. 2. Strategy & Business Acceleration (Account Level) Drive commercial growth of the brand portfolio at assigned e-retailers by: Maximizing sell‑out performance Delivering account‑specific growth strategies Build eJBPs for the assigned e-retailers and with the KAM (if in omnichannel structures) to ensure strong collaboration between: Commercial Marketing Media Leverage data to identify acceleration opportunities (promo efficiency, category trends, retailer-specific levers). Define and execute the market e-commerce strategy aligned with: Market business priorities Global / regional e-commerce strategy Lead the market’s e-commerce acceleration across: ePharmacies Pure players Marketplaces Omnichannel retailers Act as the e-commerce voice in market leadership discussions, representing: Channel strategy Digital shelf priorities Retail media & activation needs Be accountable for the e-commerce P&L for the market, including: Revenue and profit delivery ROI and profitability tracking Review and approve retailer activation plans proposed by eKAMs and/or KAMs. Responsible for delivering e-commerce market share growth in the market Leverage data to identify acceleration opportunities (promo efficiency, category trends, retailer potential) to improve e-commerce performance 3. Promo & Commercial Planning Manage sell‑in forecasts, promo planning, and profitability tracking for assigned accounts. Propose promo plans and media activations to the Ecommerce Head or Commercial Director for approval. Ensure proper assortment & portfolio management: Hero SKUs and key innovations are listed, visible and supported. 4. Collaboration with eRetail Activation & Digital Shelf Responsible for ensuring timely execution of e-Retail Content on the e-Retail websites in partnership with e-retail Activation Specialist Collaborate with the e-retail Activation Specialist & Media Specialist on: Content and PDP optimization (images, titles, descriptions, A+ content) Retail media priorities Digital shelf improvement plan for the account Work hand-in-hand with e-retail Activation to align content, promotions and activations with account priorities. Partner with the Media Specialist and e-retail Activation to ensure Digital Shelf Excellence on assigned accounts through the CARS framework. 5. Retail Media & 360° Integration Collaborate with the Media Specialist to: Plan and execute retail media activations (display, search, onsite placements) aligned with eJBPs. Integrate retail media into 360° brand campaigns. Support optimization of media budgets by identifying high-performing placements, keywords and partners. 6. Data Tracking & Performance Insights Leverage dashboards and analytics tools (e.g. Flywheel, eStore , Stackline, SimilarWeb) to: Track performance and KPIs Identify issues and opportunities Report performance, insights, and opportunities to commercial and marketing teams. Track competitive actions on assigned e-Retailers and propose responsive actions. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or similar Master’s / MBA and eCommerce or digital marketing certifications are a plus Experience 3-5 years in commercial / sales / KAM / trade marketing roles Minimum 2–4 years in eCommerce / eRetail account management Experience with: Managing or co-managing account P&L / budgets Building or executing JBPs / eJBPs Promo planning, sell-in forecasts, ROI tracking Background in FMCG / Consumer Health / Beauty / Pharma is a plus Skills Commercial & eRetail Strong account management and negotiation skills Knowledge of pricing, promo mechanics, assortment, trade terms Ability to manage sell-in, sell-out and basic profitability Digital & Media Understanding of digital shelf (content, availability, ratings & reviews, search) Experience with PDP optimization and hero SKU visibility Basic understanding of retail media (sponsored products, search, display) Data & Tools Confident with dashboards & analytics tools (e.g. eStoreCheck, Helium10, Stackline SimilarWeb or similar) Strong Excel; good PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling Able to interpret KPIs and turn them into concrete actions Languages Fluent English & French Local market language (mandatory) Competencies & Behaviours Strong ownership mindset (treats accounts like a business) Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Proactive, solution-focused, and execution-strong Collaborative with Commerical Director, E-retail Activation, Marketing, Media, Supply, Finance Clear, structured communicator, comfortable with regular performance reporting Leadership Model Competencies COMMIT TO THE VISION: I implement the Group's strategy.
