Pilgrims Hospice Society offers programs to support those living with life threatening or life limiting illness, to their families, caregivers, and the bereaved. Hospice Care is a concept of support intended to improve quality of life by promoting choice and independence. At Pilgrims Hospicce our focus is on caring and living as fully as possible. The Donor Engagement Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining personal, long-term relationships with donors to foster sustained support for the hospice mission. This role involves proactive engagement through meetings and events, as well as tracking donor interactions to ensure personalized stewardship.
