Pilgrims Hospice Society offers programs to support those living with life threatening or life limiting illness, to their families, caregivers, and the bereaved. Hospice Care is a concept of support intended to improve quality of life by promoting choice and independence. At Pilgrims Hospicce our focus is on caring and living as fully as possible. It is our pledge of Care and Compassion. We celebrate life and embrace the body, mind and spirit. We work closely with health providers to meet our clients needs. Pilgrims Hospice is Edmonton's only non-profit voluntary hospice. We are funded by the community, organizations, businesses, charitable foundations and people like you. You can help by: 1. The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents by performing daily cleaning tasks and floor maintenance. They work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident needs are met while adhering to safety regulations and facility policies.
