Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects, coordinating crews and managing site activities to ensure safety and efficiency. Act as the primary liaison between project managers, site foremen, and clients while overseeing project schedules and progress payments.

Perform field and laboratory testing on asphalt and aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality control standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections and collaborate with stakeholders to support construction operations.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive occupational health and safety program while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Conduct site inspections, lead safety training, and perform risk assessments to minimize workplace hazards.
