A track record of leading in the field and earning credibility with construction crews and leadership. Experience leading or developing safety personnel such as CSOs or supervisors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; experience with Procore or a similar platform would be an asset. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel between sites, shop facilities and other provinces are required.
