Position Overview: As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, directing them to available parking spaces, and monitoring the parking lot for safety and efficiency. In this role, your alertness and quick thinking will be essential as you address various situations, such as double-parked cars, open windows, and lights left on. You will also play a vital role in communicating occupancy levels to our valet team, maintaining clear traffic pathways, and reinforcing compliance with parking regulations and signs. Monitor the parking lot (double-parked cars, lights on, open windows, etc.) Provide updates to valets (occupancy levels). Ensure that traffic areas remain clear. Reinforce the respect of the signs. Report all incidents. Requirements: Organizational skills Must be an alert, bright and quick thinking individual Ability to interact professionally and courteously with pedestrians, providing clear information and assistance as needed Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time Ability to work in extreme temperatures (summer/winter) Ability to work under pressure. Aperçu du rôle : En tant que préposé au stationnement, vous serez en première ligne pour offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et assurer le bon fonctionnement de nos installations de stationnement. Vos principales responsabilités comprendront l’accueil et l’assistance aux clients, l’orientation vers les espaces disponibles, ainsi que la surveillance du stationnement pour en garantir la sécurité et l’efficacité. Dans ce rôle, votre vigilance et votre réactivité seront essentielles pour gérer diverses situations, telles que des véhicules stationnés en double, des fenêtres ouvertes ou des phares laissés allumés. Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans la communication des taux d’occupation à notre équipe de voituriers, le maintien de voies de circulation dégagées et l’application des règlements et panneaux de stationnement. S’assurer que les voies de circulation restent dégagées. Faire respecter la signalisation. Signaler tout incident. Exigences : Sens de l’organisation Doit être une personne vigilante, vive d’esprit et capable de réagir rapidement Capacité à interagir de manière professionnelle et courtoise avec les piétons, en fournissant des informations claires et une assistance au besoin Capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes Capacité à travailler dans des conditions climatiques extrêmes (été/hiver) Capacité à travailler sous pression Âge minimum de 18 ans Permis de conduire valide Bonne condition physique et capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes Esprit d’équipe * L'utilisation du genre masculin inclut le féminin et n'est utilisée que pour faciliter la lecture.
