Job summary

The Marketing Associate will assist in designing and implementing marketing campaigns while analyzing performance data to optimize lead generation. They will also coordinate company events and meetings while collaborating with the team to refine automation and content strategies.

What You Get To Do: * Assist with designing and implementing all internal & external campaigns and promotional materials,producing content for projects and initiative to enhance lead generation successfully. * Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) and apply findings to help shape future marketing strategies. * Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events & social channels. * Assist with creating reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation and other KPI’s. * Assist Marketing team with coordination of all company meetings & events (trade shows, job fairs, conferences, internal events.) * Assist with identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements for meetings and events * All other duties as may be assigned/required What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a business related field. * Ability to think critically and innovatively * Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills * Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity * Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an asset * Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy At Pliteq, we value authentic connection and personal evaluation.
