Position: Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Duties & Responsibilities Lead residential and commercial construction projects from startup to completion. Provide detailed quotes for types of construction projects Work directly with the President to lead and grow the company. Utilize software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other tools for accurate construction estimating Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, timeline, and pricing Monitor industry trends to ensure cost estimate are competitive and up to date Qualifications Three to five years in the construction industry Supervisory experience would be considered an asset. Proficiency of software tools like HeavyBid and Bluebeam Knowledge of project management principles Ability to accurately price construction projects based on specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid drivers license Compensation Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 Bonus/ Variable Pay/ Commission Health care Benefits Dental care Benefits Pension Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
