We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team in Winnipeg! The Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables. Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions. Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers. Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence Who You Are A self-starter with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. A highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, deadline driven environments. A strong relationship builder adept at working collaboratively within a team setting. A go-getter who dives in, takes the initiative and is skilled at balancing client needs and expectations. What You'll Bring Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field. 3+ years' experience in an administrative or project coordination role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset.
