Job Description Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. As a Campus Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging top emerging talent across Canada. You will lead campus recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with academic institutions, and support the continued growth of our internship program. What you will do Lead full-cycle recruitment for campus programs, including internships, co-ops, and new graduate roles. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. Represent Pomerleau at career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations (travel required across Canada ~25%). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies. Support onboarding, intern experience, and integration of campus hires into the organization. Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting student and early-career talent. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting. This role could be for you if you have Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on campus or early-career recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) is required, as this role involves building relationships with students, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders across Canada. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time across Canada. Experience in the construction or engineering sector is an asset, but not a requirement.
