Role Description The Talent and Leadership Development Partner is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting clients in their personal leadership journey and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and facilitating leadership development and mindset-focused sessions, providing informed coaching and guidance, and supporting the rollout of training programs and digital learning content. This partner will collaborate on project plans for leadership initiatives, track progress, and ensure programs align with our values of wellbeing, clarity, and empowerment. The role also involves consulting with clients to identify development needs, recommending tailored solutions and contributing to community-building activities such as virtual events and group coaching experiences. Qualifications Leadership development and training skills, with experience creating and delivering learning experiences focused on personal growth and leadership capabilities. Project management abilities to plan, organize, and coordinate leadership initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Consulting experience to assess client needs, formulate development strategies, and provide practical, values-aligned recommendations. Sales and client relationship skills to engage prospective clients, communicate program value, and support enrollment into coaching and education offerings. Background in HR, coaching, or organizational development; prior experience in wellness, personal development, or leadership education is highly beneficial. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones. Comfort with digital tools and virtual platforms for training, coaching, and community engagement. Commitment to inclusive, non-judgmental support of diverse individuals and a genuine interest in mindset, wellbeing, and values-based career growth. Not suitable for students. Must have the right to work in the United States and Canada.
