posAbilities is focused on service excellence and innovation, offering a wide range of programs, services and new initiatives to meet the needs and aspirations of persons with developmental disabilities and their families. We currently serve more than 1,200 children and adults in Metro Vancouver and other parts of BC. Our services include: • Behaviour consultation, training and support • Community inclusion – day support • Employment – competitive, community-based work and work experience in our social enterprise • Home living – support to live independently, to share your life with a caregiver, or to join roommates in a staffed home We currently employ a team of approximately 600 staff members and contract with about 100 home share providers. We are seeking qualified candidates with a background in supporting people with developmental disabilities, health care, mental health or addictions, who enjoy challenging and life changing work that fosters community inclusion for persons served.
