Looking for an opportunity to build your career while working with a variety of brands and industries? Postmedia is seeking an Organic Social Media Coordinator/Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help bring social strategies to life by creating and publishing content across platforms such as Facebook), Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You'll collaborate closely with clients, Sales teams, and Paid Social Specialists while gaining hands-on experience managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping clients grow their social presence. What You'll Do: Partner with Sales teams to understand client goals and campaign objectives. Create engaging organic social content tailored to various platforms and audiences. Coordinate with clients to ensure content and messaging align with their brand and expectations. Schedule and publish content using social media management platforms. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Share insights and results with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with Paid Social Coordinators to support integrated social media strategies. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Who You Are: Experience creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as SocialPilot or similar platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail and quality. French language skills are considered an asset. Confidence working with clients and collaborating across teams. Experience in Canva or similar content creation tools. A proactive, self-starter mindset and willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Compensation: Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
