Product Design Lead (UX/UI) Location: Montreal, QC Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: 120k - 145k Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to join a growing Product Team and take ownership of the end-to-end user experience across a complex, multi-surface platform. What will you be doing? Own and evolve the overall product experience across customer, partner, and internal touchpoints. Design high-impact, consumer-grade experiences that are simple, intuitive, and scalable. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Designers. Establish and maintain UX/UI standards, design principles, and scalable design systems. Translate complex systems and workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences. Create high-quality, development ready design assets and ensure consistency across product surfaces. Influence product strategy and help shape how UX decisions are made across the organization. Help define critical product moments where usability, clarity, and reliability are essential. Interpret AIgenerated design inputs and transform them into compelling, practical, and intuitive product experiences. Must haves: 8+ years of experience designing digital products. 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of designers. Experience designing across multiple products, platforms, surfaces, or touchpoints. Experience building or contributing to design systems and scalable interaction patterns. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience. Strong understanding of UX/UI, interaction design, user-centered design, and product design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Ability to simplify complex systems and turn them into intuitive user experiences. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
