Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing & Consolidation Location: Markham, ON, Onsite – 5 days Pay: 95k to $115k Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support manufacturing operations, financial reporting, and consolidation activities across multiple business divisions. This role will partner closely with Finance and Operations teams to deliver accurate financial insights, strengthen reporting processes, and drive profitability through data-driven decision-making What you will be doing? Support divisional finance teams with part costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance, and program launches Enhance and standardize financial processes within SAP Develop and implement KPIs to improve production reporting and financial visibility Provide costing analysis and financial support for new and existing programs Support monthly and quarterly close, consolidation, and reporting activities Review divisional financial packages, investigate variances, and ensure reporting accuracy Reconcile intercompany balances and support audit requirements Strengthen financial controls and develop reporting tools that provide meaningful business insights Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting Analyze actual versus budget and forecast performance, identifying key business drivers. Support profitability initiatives related to margins, freight, scrap, overtime, and operational costs Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-maki Monitor key performance metrics including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and profitability Partner with Operations and Plant Leadership to improve financial performance and cost controls Support working capital optimization and inventory management initiatives Must haves: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Account Strong SAP experience, including exposure to BOM structures and product costs Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
