They often enforce meal plans as the only acceptable nutrition guidance and hold clients back from achieving their health goals. We wanted to build something better. A tool that adapts to your client's complex needs — whether they need a meal plan, a collection of recipes, or want to do their own meal planning. Our mission is to empower health professionals with tools to provide nutrition guidance in the most beautiful, simplest way.
