Inspect and diagnose agricultural and heavy equipment, identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults, and repair or replace defective parts. Test repaired equipment, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and service heavy trucks or set up new farm equipment as needed.

Prepare and maintain work orders, service records, warranty claims, payroll entries, and technician expenses while supporting the Service Department’s administrative operations. Respond to customer calls, assist with technician dispatching when needed, and help improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
