The Maintenance Support role is responsible for performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. They will also support production by resolving mechanical breakdowns and executing necessary mold and colour changes. Candidates must possess adequate mechanical troubleshooting skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires the ability to work all shifts, wear PPE, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs.
