Organizational Change Manager – Contract 📍 Regina, SK | 100% Onsite 📅 Long-term contract – through March 2028 PrecisionERP/IT is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a long-term contract opportunity in Regina, Saskatchewan. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organizational change management strategies. Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments. Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans. Manage resistance and support successful change adoption. Facilitate workshops and work closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders. Support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives. Requirements Prosci/ADKAR Certification – Mandatory Strong Organizational Change Management experience. Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Must be available onsite in Regina, Monday–Friday.
