We would love to discuss it with you in more detail! Parts Inside Sales Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs. Respond to telephone inquiries from customers. Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs. Calls vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock. Maintain a section of the showroom floor. Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts. Perform all other duties as assigned. Parts Inside Sales Requirements: Education A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities. Additional product training preferred. Experience A minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations is required. What you’ll do

Provide high-quality customer service at the counter and via telephone to meet client needs. Responsibilities include searching catalogs for parts, coordinating with vendors for availability, and assisting warehouse personnel.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in sales or counter operations.
