About Us Prestige Property Services is a growing cleaning and property services company serving residential, Airbnb, commercial, and post-construction clients throughout the Lower Mainland. We are looking for a motivated leader who wants more than just a job—we want someone who is excited to grow with our company long-term and help build something great. This role will start as a hands-on cleaning and supervisory position, with the opportunity to grow into a full Operations Manager role as the company continues to expand. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Supervisor who can lead by example, maintain high-quality standards, and support our growing team of cleaners. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, is comfortable managing people, and has a strong growth mindset. Initially, you will spend time cleaning, training staff, and conducting quality-control inspections. As the company grows, the role will transition toward scheduling, team management, client relations, quality control, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Perform cleaning services as required, including residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, commercial, and post-construction cleaning. Train, mentor, and support cleaning staff. Schedule and coordinate daily cleaning operations. Conduct quality-control inspections to ensure company standards are met. Visit job sites and perform spot checks. Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of cleaners. Fill in on cleaning jobs when staff are unavailable. Maintain communication between office staff, cleaners, and clients. Assist with improving systems, processes, and company operations. Help contribute to the company's growth and long-term success. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Fluent English communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and scheduling software. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work when required. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and winning mindset. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team. Passion for delivering exceptional service. Growth-oriented and eager to learn. Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity rather than just another job. A team player who wants to grow alongside the company and eventually take on greater responsibility. Growth Opportunity This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in operations and leadership. As Prestige Property Services continues to expand, there will be opportunities to grow into a senior management position with increased responsibilities and compensation. If you're a leader who enjoys cleaning, solving problems, helping people succeed, and wants to be part of a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
