We have an exciting opportunity to join as hybrid Intake Specialist working in the Litigation Department based in Alberta. Your role will include but are not limited to the following: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from potential clients. Evaluate potential client cases to determine if they meet our firm’s case criteria. Ensure that client information is properly documented. Schedule appointments. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Experience: Background in sales and/or customer service. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn fast, and work in a team environment. Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment.. Detail oriented. A people person with a friendly and compassionate attitude. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with potential clients over the telephone or in person. General computer and typing skills. An interest to help vulnerable people going through a traumatic time in their lives. We offer a friendly work environment and a competitive salary.
