Together, Prima Living and Primacorp are building a purpose-driven future where every resident feels valued, supported, and truly at home.Reports To: Executive Director / General ManagerJob Status: Full-TimePay: 50,000 to 52,000 annuallyLocation: 450 Albert Street, Renfrew, ON K7V 4K4 Your Day-to-Day Oversee daily office, reception, and administrative operations Supervise and schedule front desk and housekeeping support staff Maintain accurate resident records, schedules, and documentation Manage correspondence, calls, emails, filing, and reporting Monitor timesheets, attendance, training, and staff performance Support compliance with company policies, privacy, health, and safety requirements Serve as a key contact for residents, families, and visitors Support emergency preparedness and smooth day-to-day community operations What You Bring Experience in office management, administration, or a similar role Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience supervising and coordinating staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Retirement living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is an asset Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Screening Working Conditions Full-time, onsite position Fast-paced, resident-focused environment Regular interaction with residents, families, staff, and visitors Flexibility to support operational needs as required Don't hold back!- apply today, even if you do not tick every skills list.
