Reports to: Buisness Development ManagerJob Status: Ongoing Full-TimeLocation: Ontario – Hybrid / Travel RequiredCompensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annuallyStart Date: As soon as possible Your Day-to-Day Project Coordination: Coordinate and support renovation, improvement, and capital projects across retirement communities throughout Ontario. Act as the on-site company representative during assigned projects. Monitor project timelines, quality, budgets, and contractor performance. Conduct site visits and inspections and follow up on deficiencies. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, Maintenance Managers, and community leadership. Prepare project updates, maintain documentation, and track project costs. Facilities & Contractor Management: Coordinate contractors and vendors and ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Support building and facility projects involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems. Assist with obtaining quotes, reviewing scopes of work, and coordinating procurement. Help minimize disruptions to residents and daily community operations during renovations. Travel & On-Site Support: Travel regularly throughout Ontario to support projects at different communities. Work on-site at project locations as required, including temporary assignments for larger renovations. Work remotely when project requirements allow. What You Bring to the Table: Experience coordinating construction, renovation, facilities, or improvement projects. Experience working with contractors and vendors. Basic knowledge of building systems and construction processes. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario. Nice to Have: Experience in retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial facilities. Experience coordinating projects in occupied buildings.
