Clean and maintain property interiors, common areas, vacant units, and exterior spaces, while removing trash and performing groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep. Operate cleaning equipment safely, monitor and report maintenance or safety concerns, maintain supply inventory, and assist with light repairs and urgent cleanup requests.
