About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced print shop looking for someone with real print shop experience who can confidently manage both design and production responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service. This is a team-oriented position where attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential. Requirements * Minimum 2-3 years of print shop experience required * Strong graphic design skills * Experience with print production workflows and equipment * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organization * Comfortable answering phones and speaking directly with customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible and willing to help in different areas of the business Responsibilities * Prepare and design print-ready artwork * Operate and assist with print production * Communicate directly with customers regarding orders and artwork * Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries * Ensure quality control on all print jobs * Help maintain efficient workflow and production timelines * Support the team in day-to-day shop operations What We?re Looking For We want someone who is: * Motivated and dependable * Looking to grow with the company * Positive and team-oriented * Comfortable in a busy production environment * Focused on delivering high-quality work and customer service To Apply Please send: * Your resume * Portfolio (if available) * Brief description of your print shop experience * Do NOT Apply in person.
