Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of on-site event support and remote work. This role develops and executes marketing strategies to promote Pro Bartenders’ services across Canada and Mexico, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital content. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer and event trends, coordinating promotions with corporate and private clients, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Specialist collaborates with the leadership team to strengthen brand positioning, create marketing materials, and maintain consistent messaging across all channels. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and develop targeted campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, nurture client relationships, and contribute to booking conversions. Experience with social media management, digital marketing tools, and basic analytics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Meta, email platforms, and website metrics). Strong writing skills for promotional copy, event descriptions, and brand storytelling within hospitality or events is an asset. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and occasional evening or weekend event support. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands is preferred; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is an asset.
