Wage: $21.52 per hour What You’ll Be Doing Own quality on the floor – Test blown film products for thickness, strength, COF, clarity, seal performance, and more Catch issues early – Identify defects like gels, contamination, gauge variation, and optical problems before they reach customers Be a go-to problem solver – Work directly with Production and Extrusion teams to troubleshoot and improve processes Keep things moving – Communicate results in real time so decisions happen fast Make it official – Prepare COAs, complete reports, and keep quality data accurate and audit-ready Stay hands-on – Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and keep your workspace sharp and organized What You Bring Experience in blown film, converting, or flexible packaging Solid understanding of film properties and polymer behavior Confidence working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment Detail oriented, results driven, fast learner, problem solver, great communication skills, good time management and organized and collaborative.
