Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations for retail and e-commerce clients, including order management, accurate shipping and receiving, access control, and material handling. Train and support team members, ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety requirements, maintain attendance records, and contribute to process improvement and client and vendor relationships.

Supervise daily GMP-regulated logistics operations, including team activities, access control, training, order accuracy, shipping and receiving, attendance, and vacation scheduling. Address quality and regulatory issues, support CAPA and process improvements, manage client and vendor relationships, and assist with operational escalations.

Provide quality oversight for pharmaceutical warehousing, storage, handling, and distribution, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, regulations, procedures, and client agreements. Manage and support audits, inspections, quality events, corrective actions, training, documentation, and Quality Management System activities, escalating significant concerns to QA/RA leadership.
