Experienced Cabinet Makers Your Responsibilities: Cabinet Construction: Build custom cabinets, including cutting, assembling, and finishing. Reading Blueprints: Interpret design plans and specifications to create precise cabinetry. Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise during the construction process. Quality Assurance: Maintain our commitment to excellence and ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards. What You Bring: Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker. Expertise in woodworking tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Precision, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. ‍ New Cabinet Makers Your Responsibilities: Training: Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to learn cabinet-making techniques and practices. Assisting: Support experienced Cabinet Makers in various tasks. Quality Control: Ensure the final products meet our high-quality standards. What You Bring: A strong interest in woodworking and cabinetry. Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. ‍ What You Can Expect Working At Procase: Monday through Friday work week with half-day Fridays. Our hours look like: Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Competitive salary and benefits package.
